"Inspired by a dream, I knew I had to bring this film to life. I wanted to create something that blended the nostalgic, supernatural atmosphere of Stranger Things with the bold, unconventional language of modern experimental filmmaking. I spent months refining the film in post-production, carefully developing the score, sound design and colour grade to achieve the balance I had envisioned.
One of the more unique aspects of the shoot was working with a chameleon as a practical prop. Its presence added another layer of intrigue to the film, but also required careful consideration. We had to maintain the studio at an appropriate temperature throughout the shoot to ensure the chameleon remained safe and comfortable." Tracey Dee, director
