35mm logistics: Transporting 35mm film from Berlin to Kyiv and then back to Berlin, dealing with custom was an other challenges.
Remote preparation: A significant portion of the prep had to be done remotely.
Artist availability: Alina (the singer) was stuck in Los Angeles, couldn't come to Kyiv so we had to review the concept, organize a pickup shoot there with a very limited budget for the final scene.
