Off The Rails

"It was shot in a day and an half in our home town of London on super 16mm. In a studio in Tottenham, Alan Scott and his team built the all-red set with its porthole window looking out at a dystopian city scape, inspired by Metropolis and They Live. The next day we were on location around Farringdon shooting on a 16mm Bolex, immersing Benee in public environments amongst brutalist architecture. She had to stand still in the center of a busy junction as we shot a time lapse from a third story window." - bedroom, directors (Soren Harrison & Amir Hossain)
