"The biggest challenge was shooting inside a real, functioning hospital with just two weeks from pitch to shoot and very little control over locations or timing. It meant constantly making strategic calls — sometimes prioritising what was logistically possible over what was visually ideal, while always protecting the naturalistic, human tone the film needed. The constraints never compromised what the film needed to be. Actually, they even forced a clarity that too much control never would." Inigo Jimenez, director
