"Weather is always the ultimate variable on projects like this. We're truly at the mercy of Mother Nature, and even when we try and schedule around it, she can change the best laid plans. Our first location, Invermere, greeted us with beautiful golden larches on day one, but a heavy October snowstorm covered the peak overnight. We pivoted and ended up getting what we needed, but I can't help but think about the shots that got away... thankfully there's always next year.
And I also need to highlight the amazing work by the crew on this one! It takes a ton of effort lugging all this gear up mountains and I'm lucky to work with such a hard working, skillful, and fun team. I'm lucky to call these collaborators my friends." Scott Secco, director
