"First time we weren’t producing on top of directing, and there was no croissant on set. Pretty rough for French people like us. On a serious note, this was a tight one. 15-20 hour days, 3 days straight. Lucky it’s a 2-minute commercial, but that also meant keeping the audience hooked the whole way through. We wanted slow, not boring. So we settled on key effects in each scene. Ended up being a bit of a hot potato for the VFX team (Juice), but they killed it and made it all work in time. Nothing major overall, it’s all part of commercial production. Mostly good times and passion, as always with our friends." SOS IN Bel Air, directors
